The business offers innovative services (medical advice by telephone, second medical advice, telemedicine service). It has a management center that ensures health services provided by professionals as well as their reimbursements in the case of third party payments.
MCI Care has thus developed a great expertise in setting up and administring third-party health care. After a fruitful 18 years’ experience in Ivory Coast, the business continues to expand in nine other countries in Africa, complementing the subsidiaries of SPA General Insurance.
